Buckthorns are a large family of trees, of which different species can be considered native almost in the whole world. Most of them produce a variety of different warm colors, depending on which parts are being used to release color. Wood and bark, berries both ripe and unripe, are all producing warm tones of yellow and colder yellow-greens. In anlakli conditions deep browns and oranges are easily produced with the bark, all the way to greys and blacks with the addition of ferrous sulfate.
